What payment methods do you accept?

>> We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

I’m not sure if my order went through. How can I check?

>> Once you place an order, you will receive an email with your confirmation order and listed items of your purchase. If you haven’t received it in your inbox, please check your Spam folder. If the email is not in your Spam folder, please send an email to nichajewelry@tai-rittichai.com so we can re-send the confirmation email.

Shipping and Returns

I am worried about my order getting lost or stolen during shipment, do you offer insurance?

>> All of our shipments are insured at no additional cost to you.

Do I have to be home for my package to be dropped off?

>> We require all of our deliveries to be signed. If you are not home, USPS will make other attempts to deliver the package to you.

Do you offer free shipping?

>> Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders.

Do you ship internationally?

>> Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. We only ship to the United States.

Do you ship to all 50 states?

>> Yes, we ship to all 50 states including Peurto Rico

Do you offer express delivery?

>> We offer 2 day and overnight delivery

Can I return my product?

>> Products can be returned in their original condition. They must be unused and unopened. To initiate a return, please contact us at nichajewelry@tai-rittichai.com

What do I do if I receive a faulty item or the wrong item?

>> If you received the wrong item or a damaged item, please contact us nichajewelry@tai-rittichai.com

How can I track my order?

>> After your online order has been received and processed, you will get an email confirming that your order has been shipped. In the email, you will find your tracking number. Please track through www.USPS.com.
