Shipping and Returns
NICHA JEWELRY offers free ground shipping on all domestic orders within the United States. All orders are insured and require a signature at the time of delivery.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know we have received your order and are working to get it shipped out. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days pending availability and credit verification. Delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with the shipping date and tracking number. Shipping times vary; for standard USPS Ground service, we estimate you will receive your order within 5 – 7 business days of its ship date. For 2 day, your order will be delivered in 2 business days after your order has been processed.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS service, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note we cannot ship packages to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed after 12 pm ET, Monday-Friday, will typically be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
All orders are insured for the full cost of the item. This cost is built into our prices, therefore, there is no additional cost to you.
We currently do not offer shipping outside the United States.

For any reason you are not satisfied with your NICHA JEWELRY purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund of the purchase price, minus the cost of the return shipping label fee. You may use any carrier of your choice, however, we recommend that you use trackable service and insure the package. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.
To initiate a return, email email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your item with the subject of ONLINE RETURN: INQUIRY - [ORDER NUMBER]. Make sure your Return purchase is in its original condition, without physical damages and alterations. Fully protect your Return item with bubble wrap, packing peanuts, tissue, etc. and enclose in a size-appropriate box or envelope.

We will apply your refund to the original form of payment within 5 - 7 business days of receipt. Should you have any questions, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not offer exchanges, but if you would like to purchase an item in lieu of what you originally bought, please return the item, using the return steps above, and simply place a new order for the item that you would like. A refund from the return will be applied towards the new purchase.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEM
If we have shipped the incorrect order or defective item, please email email@example.com with the subject heading of ONLINE ORDER: INCORRECT ITEM (or) DEFECTIVE ITEM, detailing what is incorrect or defective along with a picture of the piece. They will provide further instructions on how to return. Please e-mail us and return the incorrect or defective item within 10 days of the received date.
